RAIN-K HUB 김광영, ‘AISA OPEN RUNWAY’ 런웨이 장식

RAIN-K HUB 소속 모델 겸 배우 김광영이 지난 8월 8일 서울 동대문디자인플라자(DDP) 아트홀 2관에서 열린 ‘AISA OPEN RUNWAY’​에 모델로 참여해 런웨이를 장식했다.

김광영은 이날 한만순 디자이너의 ‘LINE COLLECTION’ 모델로 런웨이에 올라 디자이너의 작품을 선보였다. 안정적인 워킹과 자신감 있는 무대 매너를 바탕으로 의상의 콘셉트를 표현하며 관객들의 시선을 사로잡았다.

이번 무대는 국내외 패션 무대에서 활동하고 있는 김광영이 국내 대표 패션·문화 공간인 DDP에서 자신의 모델 역량을 다시 한번 선보였다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.

김광영은 국내 활동뿐만 아니라 뉴욕패션위크 등 해외 패션 무대에도 참여한 경험을 가진 모델로, 해외 패션쇼 활동과 함께 뉴욕 타임스스퀘어 전광판 광고에도 등장하며 글로벌 무대에서 자신의 이름을 알린 바 있다.

해외 무대에서 쌓아온 경험을 바탕으로 국내에서도 패션쇼와 화보, 문화예술 행사 등에 꾸준히 참여하며 모델로서의 활동을 이어가고 있다.

특히 김광영은 모델 활동과 함께 배우로서도 꾸준히 활동하며 두 분야를 넘나드는 아티스트로서 자신의 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 런웨이에서는 의상과 디자이너의 콘셉트를 표현하고, 작품과 영상에서는 배우로서 다양한 캐릭터를 소화하며 폭넓은 활동을 보여주고 있다.

김광영이 소속된 RAIN-K HUB 역시 모델·배우·공연·전시·영상 등 다양한 문화예술 콘텐츠를 기획하고 제작하며 아티스트들의 국내외 활동을 지원하고 있다.

앞으로도 김광영은 모델과 배우라는 두 분야에서 꾸준히 활동을 이어가며, 패션쇼와 화보, 방송 및 영상 콘텐츠 등 다양한 무대를 통해 자신만의 색깔을 보여줄 예정이다.

국내 무대에서는 패션과 문화예술을 연결하는 다양한 프로젝트에 참여하고, 해외에서는 그동안 쌓아온 경험을 바탕으로 글로벌 패션 및 콘텐츠 분야로 활동 영역을 넓혀가며 K-모델이자 배우로서 지속적인 행보를 이어갈 계획이다.

RAIN-K HUB model and actor Kim Kwang-young took to the runway at the AISA OPEN RUNWAY, held on August 8 at Art Hall 2 of Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul.

Kim appeared as a model for designer Han Man-soon’s LINE COLLECTION, presenting the designer’s creations on the runway. With steady walking and confident stage presence, he effectively conveyed the concept of the collection and drew the attention of the audience.

The appearance was particularly meaningful as it gave Kim another opportunity to demonstrate his modeling skills at DDP, one of South Korea’s leading venues for fashion and culture, following his experience on both domestic and international fashion stages.

Kim has participated in overseas fashion events, including New York Fashion Week, and has also appeared in advertising displayed on digital billboards in Times Square, New York, building recognition on the global stage.

Drawing on the experience he has gained overseas, Kim continues to remain active in South Korea through fashion shows, photo shoots, and cultural and arts events.

In addition to his modeling career, Kim has steadily pursued acting, expanding his presence as a multidisciplinary artist who works across both fields. On the runway, he interprets garments and designers’ concepts, while in film and video productions, he takes on a variety of characters as an actor.

RAIN-K HUB, Kim’s agency, also plans and produces a wide range of cultural and artistic content, including modeling, acting, performances, exhibitions, and video projects, while supporting its artists’ activities in Korea and abroad.

Kim plans to continue developing his career as both a model and actor, showcasing his distinctive style through fashion shows, photo shoots, broadcasts, and various video content.

In Korea, he intends to take part in projects that connect fashion with culture and the arts. Internationally, he plans to build on his previous experience and expand further into the global fashion and content industries, continuing his journey as a K-model and actor.
