The Cheonghak-dong (청학동) Community Center (Head Kim Dae-jin, 김대진) in Yeonsu-gu (연수구), Incheon, delivered summer bedding on the 13th to 24 households under case management in the area who were expected to face hardship from the heat wave. Staff visited the households in person to deliver the items and check on residents’ health and well-being.

Support for 24 households facing economic hardship and poor housing conditions
The support was arranged to help neighbors who are vulnerable to the heat wave due to economic hardship and poor housing conditions get through the summer safely and in good health.
Staff of the Cheonghak-dong (청학동) Community Center visited the recipients’ homes in person to deliver the summer bedding and check on their health and well-being.

Recipient: “With the bedding support, I’ll be able to stay cool”
One recipient expressed gratitude, saying, “I was worried about getting through the summer because of the heat and rising prices, but with this bedding support, I think I’ll be able to stay cool.”
Kim Dae-jin (김대진), head of Cheonghak-dong, said, “I hope this support offers even a little help to vulnerable residents struggling with the heat wave and the burden of cooling costs. We will continue to actively seek out neighbors in need and do our best to make sure no one in Cheonghak-dong is left behind.”
