The Incheon Culture & Arts Center (Director Hong Sun-mi) announced that it will hold the Daniel Lindemann Quintet’s 〈Jazz at Noon〉, the sixth stage of its 2026 Coffee Concert series, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, in the Small Hall.

Daniel Lindemann, the star of the stage, made his name with the public as a broadcaster known for his international perspective and composed manner of speaking on entertainment programs, but he is originally a pianist from Bonn, Germany. He built his musical foundation studying the organ and piano from an early age, and he has continued to perform, forming the ‘Daniel Lindemann Quintet’ with musicians he has played alongside for years and releasing the album 〈On Air〉. This concert offers a chance to discover the performer behind the face so familiar from television.

The program spans jazz, pop, and bossa nova, and also features original pieces Lindemann composed with inspiration drawn from his travels. Beloved classics and distinctive original works come together to create a stage that conveys the ease of a midday afternoon.

The concert is open to audiences of elementary school age and above, with all seats priced at 15,000 won. Further details are available on the Incheon Culture & Arts Center website.

The 〈Coffee Concert〉 series, which began in 2008, is a matinee concert held at 2 p.m. on the third Wednesday of every month, and its cumulative audience has surpassed some 93,000 to date. Allowing audiences to enjoy performances across a variety of genres in a relaxed setting over a fragrant cup of coffee, it has established itself as a signature brand performance representing Incheon and has become a channel through which citizens can experience high-quality culture and the arts up close during weekday daytime hours. Inquiries can be made to the Incheon Culture & Arts Center (032-420-2731~9).
