The Guwol 3-dong Neighborhood Representatives Association in Namdong-gu, Incheon produced informational stickers identifying stores where the high fuel cost relief fund (고유가 피해지원금) can be used, and distributed them to local restaurants and shops, the Guwol 3-dong Administrative Welfare Center (행정복지센터) announced on the 29th. With a shortage of stickers leaving residents and small business owners frustrated about where to spend the relief funds, the family of one neighborhood representative stepped in—donating their design skills and covering the entire cost of production.
