An Outdoor Cultural Space Created with an LED Screen
The Dongchun 3-dong (동춘3동) Resident Autonomy Committee (주민자치회) organized the event using the LED screen installed at the dong office building last year, aiming to let residents enjoy cultural activities close to home without any financial burden.

Screening of ‘Sunny’ — Watched Together with Family and Neighbors
The film shown that day, ‘Sunny,’ portrays the friendship and memories of a group of friends from their school days. Participating residents spent time watching the movie together with family and neighbors, sharing laughter and emotion.
The Resident Autonomy Committee (주민자치회) explained that the event served as an opportunity to transform the dong office building into an open, resident-friendly space and to provide residents with diverse cultural experiences.
“We Will Continue Various Resident Participation Programs”
Chairman Lee Young-cheol (이영철) of the Resident Autonomy Committee (주민자치회) said, “I hope this event gave residents a chance to enjoy culture together and communicate with one another,” adding, “We plan to continue running various resident participation programs, including film screenings, going forward.”
