1. Guro-gu is fully launching a 'snow-removal plan with residents' to build a cooperative snow-clearing system in which residents take part directly.
2. Each neighborhood will appoint at least 20 snow-removal helpers, and agreements have been signed with 16 religious facilities, including 15 churches and 1 cathedral.
