2026년 6월 서울 코엑스에서 열리는 제41회 서울국제관광전(The 41st Seoul International Travel Fair)에서 특별 문화예술 프로그램인 K-ART Rising Star가 공개된다. 이번 행사는 K-아트와 K-팝, 라이브 퍼포먼스가 결합된 융합형 콘텐츠로 구성되어 국내외 관광객과 문화산업 관계자들의 관심을 모으고 있다. 서울국제관광전은 세계 각국의 관광청과 여행업계, 문화기관이 참여하는 국제 규모의 관광 박람회로 알려져 있으며, 2026년 6월 4일부터 7일까지 코엑스 C홀에서 개최된다.

Organized in collaboration with ARTPLUS and NY BTS, K-ART Rising Star seeks to highlight emerging Korean artists while promoting the global appeal of Korean culture.
Unlike a traditional exhibition, the program combines visual arts and live entertainment, allowing visitors to experience the creative process firsthand.
One of the main attractions will be a live painting performance, where artists create large-scale artworks before a live audience. Organizers say the event is designed to encourage interaction between artists and visitors while showcasing the dynamic nature of contemporary Korean art.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for June 4 from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the main stage in COEX C Hall. The ceremony will feature special performances and cultural presentations celebrating Korea’s growing influence in the global creative industry.
Industry observers note that interest in Korean cultural content continues to expand beyond K-pop and television dramas. Visual arts, design, and cultural tourism are becoming increasingly important sectors within the broader K-Culture movement.
